한강변과 청담대교, 남향의 쾌적한 환경, 소규모 생활권 커뮤니티, 공중정원, 심지어 정북일조권, 채광방향 일조권등 법적인 사항 까지 모든 요소들이 난무 하는 사이트에 마치 오선지에 음표를 띄우듯이 리듬감 있게 즐거운 조합을 하였다. 그리고 더 매력적인 집이 되었다.
The apartment merely desires to become more “attractive” space. Like composing a fun melody a five lined page all the diverse elements of the site come together to create an attractive house.
집, 오늘날 생활공간으로서 집에 대한 생각과 대한민국에서의 아파트로서의 가치를 떠올려 본다. 이 두 가지가 맞물려 아파트는 이제 더 복잡한 상황에 놓여있다는 것을 누구나 공감 할 것이다. 하지만 아파트가 아직도 “집”의 의미에 종속 되어져 있다는 것은 그 본질의 변조를 뜻하는 것이 아님을 반증하는 것이다. 아파트는 단지 더 “매력적인” 공간이 되어지길 바란다.
