한강의 역동적 이미지를 대·내외적으로 마케팅하고 서울시 시정 및 한강르네상스 사업 홍보 의 목적으로 한강투어선이 제작되었다. 한강이 가진 자연경관을 배경으로 관광, 각종 공연, 이벤트 행사, 영상물 관람 및 기타 세미나 및 국제회의 등을 개최하여 이용객들과 서울의 시민들에게 호기심을 자극하는 공간으로 자리매김할 것이다.
The Han River Tour Cruise was created to publicize the dynamic images of the Han River. The natural scenery of Han River as a backdrop the cruise will be used for touring the river, various events and performances, and even international.
Concept 개념
새로운 한강의 상징물 역할을 하기 위해 기존의 홍보선과 차별화된 새로운 형태로 디자인하였다. 한강에 출현했던 고래를 형태적 모티브로 하여 고래가 주는 친근함과 한강의 깨끗한 이미지를 표현하고자 하였다.
To become a new icon for the Han River the Tour Curise was made in different design then the existing tour cruises. The motiff of the cruise was the whale that can be found in the Han river in rare occasions, this symbolizes the new images of friendliness and cleanness of the Han River.
Space 공간
투어선은 다양한 활동들을 수용할 수 있는 필수 요소들을 두루 갖추었다. 다목적 이벤트홀은 이동이 가능한 수납형 의자를 설치하여 공연이 이루어질 때에는 펼쳐서 관람석으로 이용하고, 그 외의 전시나 이벤트가 이루어질 때에는 접이식으로 수납하여 목적에 맞는 대 공간을 구성할 수 있도록 계획 하였다. 또한 지붕에 조망 데크를 설치하여 한강에서 보이는 아름다운 서울의 야경과 경치를 충분히 느낄 수 있도록 하였다.
The tour cruise is equipped to use for various purposes. The multipurpose event hall is furnished with stackable bleachers so that the space can be used for diverse purposes. The bleachers are used when there are performances and for exhibitions and conventions the bleachers are folded to create on large open space. The outdoor deck is a place for tourist to be able to see Seoul’s panoramic day and night time scenes from the Han River.
